The 2009 Girls State Golf Tournament (Division 1) was held on Saturday 24 October 2009 on a cold and windy day at the Ohio State University Gray Course. The 1st day was cancelled due to heavy rain and standing water making it an 18 hole tournament for only the 2nd time in history. Cincinnati Mason won the State Title followed by West Chester Lakota West, Cincinnati St. Ursula Academy, and Ashland.
